Stainless steel wire KOVET-310L size 3.2 mm. (1 kg)
It is a rutile-type flux-coated Cr25Ni20 stainless steel welding electrode with low hydrogen and a fully austenitic structure. It operates on both AC and DC welding currents and can weld in all positions, with flat and vertical positions yielding the best results. The electrode delivers high-volume weld metal, high corrosion resistance, and high heat resistance. Ideal for joining 25% Chromium / 20% Nickel stainless steels. Due to its higher nickel content compared to grade 309, it can also weld heat-resistant mild steel and general mild steel, as well as hardfacing onto 13-chromium or chromium-molybdenum alloys. It can be used to join identical stainless steels or dissimilar joints between stainless steel and mild steel; however, welding heat input should be kept as low as possible to prevent hot cracking.
